At 18, my first role in a hotel was polishing wine glasses in the stillroom of a 5 star hotel.

That moment sparked a lifelong passion for hospitality — not just the mechanics of service, but the feeling it creates.

A quote comes to mind...."Guests may forget what you said or did, but they will never forget how you made them feel"

Since then, I’ve built my path through a BBus in Hospitality Management (MTU) and a Master’s in Food Business & Innovation (UCC), developing expertise in operations, branding, and guest retention.

Along the way, I saw how economic pressures challenged the industry, and how many businesses struggled to balance profitability with care.

That’s why I founded Stillroom & Co: to help hospitality businesses grow sustainably through Meta & Google Ads that reach the right customers, CRM and social media management, and retention systems that keep them coming back.
